4 oz white rum, the best is Havana Club
1 oz Maraschino Liquor
1/2 grapefruit, juiced
1 lime, juiced
Mix the ingredients in a shaker, add a handful of ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into 2 glasses. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
