1 fennel bulb, trimmed
4 red radishes. trimmed
1 tbs chopped cilantro leaves
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
salt to taste
Shave the fennel bulb on a mandolin. Thinly slice the radishes. Combine the vegetables and the cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
