Lelia (ant ) Gergana
1 packet (1/ 4 oz) dry yeast
8 oz butter at room temperature
1 ts salt
1 ts vanilla extract
3 c all purpose flour
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 c walnut pieces

Turn the oven on 350 F. Mix the yeast with 1/3 c warm water. Combine it with the next four ingredients and make soft dough. If to soft refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take a pecan size dough and hide a piece of walnut inside and shape as balls. Bake for 20 minutes and roll generously in powdered sugar when they are able to handle. These butter balls are sinful pleasure.
