
4 oz Pisco
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup or agave syrup
1 egg white
6 drops Angostura bitters
Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds and then add ice and shake again to chill. Strain in 2 glasses and dot with the Angostura bitters. This results in a sweetish froth of egg white that hides the alcohol entirely- an exciting protein shake. Pisco is a grapevine brandy. Jivko brought that from Chile.
