
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 c heavy cream
1/ 4 c powdered sugar
1/ 4 c Kirsch – cherry liquor
Raspberries are best not washed. After all, one must have some faith in something.
Beat the cream stiff, gradually adding the sugar and Kirsch.
Mix lightly with berries and chill
thoroughly. Serve in tall glasses with wafers.
