
20 jumbo pitted plums 20 walnut halves
10 slices of bacon
20 cocktail picks
Stuff the plums with the walnuts. Wrap each plum with half of a bacon strip, so the ends overlap and arrange them with the sim down on a baking dish.
Bake at 400° F for about 30 minutes or until the bacon is brown and crispy. Pierce each plum with a cocktail pick and transfer onto a paper towel to drain the fat. Serve hot.
